Fusion Media values clear and responsible use of personal information. This Privacy Policy covers information collected when you browse this website, place an order, communicate with support, or otherwise use services that link to this Policy.
1. Categories of information we collect
- Customer and order data: name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, products ordered, transaction details, and support messages.
- Checkout information: payment method, payment status, and other limited transaction information. Card data is handled by checkout and payment providers.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, browser identifiers, pages viewed, interactions, referral source, approximate location derived from IP, and dates/times of activity.
- Preferences: marketing choices, cookie settings where available, and information you submit in a survey, review, or support request.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to provide and support the store, process orders, communicate with you, protect against fraud, improve the site, meet legal and accounting obligations, and, where permitted, measure and deliver advertising. Where a law requires a specific basis for processing, our bases may include performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, and your consent where required.
3. Cookies, Google Ads, and analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar tools to support website functionality, prevent fraud, retain preferences, understand usage, and assess campaign performance. You may manage many cookies through your browser or device settings, though doing so can affect site features.
If we activate Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion measurement, remarketing, or related advertising technology, Google or another provider may receive browser, device, cookie, and event information through its own tools. These technologies are used only for lawful measurement, attribution, audience management, and advertising. Provider privacy notices and controls govern their handling of information, including available choices for personalized advertising.
4. Disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that support ecommerce hosting, checkout, payments, fraud screening, fulfillment, delivery, communications, customer support, analytics, and advertising. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Depending on advertising and analytics configuration, some disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” under state privacy laws.
5. Retention and safeguards
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for order administration, customer support, security, legal compliance, tax/recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service, however, can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
- Use unsubscribe links in marketing emails to stop those emails.
- Control cookies and device advertising settings through available browser or device controls.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal exceptions and reasonable verification.
- Ask to opt out of applicable sale or sharing through Your Privacy Choices or by contacting us.
7. California privacy notice
For California residents, and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”) applies, you may request to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collected, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights. We may ask for information needed to verify your request. Authorized agents may make requests where law permits and may be asked to demonstrate authority.
The categories, sources, uses, and disclosures of information are described in Sections 1–4. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. When legally required and technically supported, we process valid browser-based opt-out preference signals in accordance with applicable law. Submit a request or appeal through Your Privacy Choices or by emailing support@keepfreshbox.shop or +1 (302) 571-3702 with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
8. Children and changes
This website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our operations; the effective date identifies the current version.
